Responsibilities of the position of some of the most important features and COO description as follows:
- Bring in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Designing and implementing business operations
- Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
- Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives
- Give suggestions, and recommended significant change management challenges and business decision planning
- Recurring meetings and, as all heads of services runs as session setting task priorities
- Manage all the work and activities legal procedure, make sure care from the general obligation
- Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- Serves as mediator in resolving conflicts among different departments
- Define and assign the Department’s operational goals. Each Division has been met after goals rewards as a team
- Motivate the team to deliver quality performance, to demonstrate your ability to manage a team building activity
