Job Purpose:
Supervise selling process of vehicles, monitoring sales team performance, and assist in maintaining the operation standards aligned with automotive department objectives.
Accountabilities:
- Ensure of preparing the showroom with all facilities to receive customers, like displaying vehicles in good presentable & attractive show.
- Follow up implementing the marketing activities properly, and communicate with sales team for new events or new campaigns.
- Participate in setting forecasting & ordering
vehicles quantities to enhance the sales flow. - Supervise implementing the delivery procedures properly to retain & maximize the customer satisfaction.
- Assist the sales manager for maintaining operation system properly as Principle company guidelines.
- Prepare all sales reports required as business or management needs.
- Coordinate with department sales employees due inter business changes such targets, promotions, annual leaves etc.
- Coordinate with leas e& used cars department for pricing the vehicles up to customers needs.
- Coordination with logistic Dept & PDI about the shipments arrival & vehicle situation.
- Coordinate with Demo drive coordinator
Job Dimensions:
- Ensuring the preparedness of the showroom to have all the facilities to welcome/receive the customer and supervise the delivery
procedures properly to retain and maximize the customer satisfaction
