JOB SUMMARY
Supervises various sales and events activities for Caribou Coffee and associated BUs. Assists the department head for planning, development, execution and assessment of sales and events. Coordinates and monitors sales and events implementation.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES includes but not limited to following:
Key Performance Area 1: Sales and events acquisition and execution in line with present sales budgets
Key Result Activities:
- Assist marketing manager in planning and executing an adequate number of events throughout the fiscal year to achieve the budgeted sales.
- Liaise cross-functionally (but not limited to) to ensure successful execution of events.
- Liaise with OM, DMs and SMs of different stores on identifying and executing sales opportunities.
- Do periodic analysis of the activities and reports and suggest action plans to operations.
- Attend events to ensure execution as per agreements: Oversee all arranged details of event (i.e., verify kiosk set-ups, function times, team building requirements).
- Liaise with the nominated operations staff responsible for the event.
- Promote the event through social media platforms and other means of marketing for better exposure of the brand.
- Create an event visual data base to be included in future events pitch presentation.

Key Performance Area 2: Events Analysis and P&L
Key Result Activities:
- Develops a pre-and post P&L for events to ensure budgets are met and profitability.

Key Performance Area 3: Relationship Maintenance
Key Result Activities:
- Consistently maintain relationship with external parties on existing relationship or newly acquired ones.
- Coordinate for supply and display of brand related materials to the events organizers.
- Ensure appropriate brand visibility at site.
- Schedule field visits to the stores to maintain market news.
