- Achieve operational and financial targets of the department.
- Review marketing, promotional and sales campaign plans and calendars and supervise its implementation.
- Follow-up with clients to ensure their requirements are met.
- Resolve client complaints and recommend corrective action to avoid complaints in the future.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, method, cost and results.
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing and new project development.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategy and budget.
- Prepare and implement yearly business plan of the department.
- Provide financial & business plan and service level agreement contract for the Advertising company.
- Launch and manage Old Diamond Advertising company.
- Build relationships with potential clients to bring in new business.
