- Maintenance of existing plant equipment, of existing plant buildings, and other service facilities such as yards, central stores, roadways, sewers, etc.
- Planning of the existing equipment and machinery upgrading and modernising
- Engineering and execution of planned maintenance, minor installations of equipment, building and replacements.
- Preventive maintenance, i.e., preventing breakdown (before it occurs) by well-conceived plans of inspection, lubrication, adjustments, repair and overhaul.
- Planning the Overhaul and schedule the reconditioning of plant facilities such as machinery, etc.
- Inspection and set the routine schedule checks of the plant facilities to examine their condition and to check for needed repairs.
- Set the division Responsibilities and role in the day-to-day operation and provide detailed manpower budget by post and roles of each person
- Supervise the maintenance team and assign task
- Participate in the Safety regulation setting in relation to Maintenance role in the organisation
- Plan and execute Fleet section under maintenance division supervision
