  • Prepare monthly progress Sales and Development reports to the Management

  • Developing company sales strategy, as well as identifying market opportunity, to sustain the company’s growth

  • Develop Manage, lead and monitor Sales Team of HORECA, Wholesale and VAN sales Dept

  • Negotiations with the Major on Trade Accounts, Improve profitability & performances of all channels

  • Manage the receivables, maintaining them at a low level and propose an appropriate credit and payment policy in view of company market position

  • Daily management of all Sales figures per brand per area along with the coordination

  • Conduct a monthly sales meeting to evaluate the actual situation based on a proper sales analysis report

  • Handling any quality control issue in an appropriate way with the collaboration

  • Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service, WHOLESALE and VAN Sales (bakalas) accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods. Responsibility to acquire new food service accounts

  • Activate market place initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance. Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals

  • Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost

  • Approval and critique of promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development

  • Develops and executes effective HORECA, WHOLESALE and VAN Sales (bakalas) account-specific marketing & Sales programs. Work on enriching the customer pipeline either by capturing market shares or developing the market

  • Focus on the availability of company new products to maximize their potential and expand customer base to ensure coverage of potential customers is maximized

  • Effectively manages customer base, customer administration and work on customer satisfaction and receivables. 100% customer satisfaction is always expected and encouraging the direct reports to be proactive on this point

  • Keep an open eye on the market and be informed on what competitors are doing

  • Keep the sales team well-informed on any new leads in the market and always keep an open communication channel, brain storm and discuss how to improve internal processes or how to adopt best practices as seen from the market

  • Be responsible for achieving sales target for his/her channel. Suggest development on several areas such as better techniques to achieve sales target, serving the customer needs, improvement on delivery process, ordering process, customer service etc

  • Insure that all sales orders are acknowledged within a reasonable response limit maintain a clear and effective communication with the customers

  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data and make any consequential amendments to marketing strategies

  • Be responsible for the marketing of our products and services to both B2B and B2C markets

  • Directly manage sales for important accounts possess an in-depth understanding of our company, our products and our vision

  • Lead sales efforts on key identified customer leads, deliver all marketing and Sales activities within the agreed budget. Manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution

  • Train, supervise and manage each member of the sales team to ensure that they are complying with our policies and procedures, are performing to the best of their ability and are up to date on all new commercial developments both within our company and in relation to our competitors

  • Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, Conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products

  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for product lines, Build trust, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on delivery to customers, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity

  • Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values, proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
