Main Purpose of Job
Follow up with unit head of procurement to ensure projects requirements through internal and external markets with lowest price according to the required specifications.
Job Responsibilities
· Follow up project requirements in coordination with unit head of procurement.
· Study file of compared price.
· Send quotation request & follow up with suppliers to receive quotations by specified date.
· Study received quotation for matching with requirements conditions and specifications.
· Prepare price comparisons.
