Responsibilities
To provide operational support including planning, scheduling and cost control functions for multiple projects across all Operations of Company. Maintain and analyze actual and forecasted schedules, cost and risk. Monitor and report deviations.
Description
Ensures that an integrated schedule and cost control performance measurement process for the project’s entire scope of work is provided.
Perform financial planning, forecasting, controlling, reconciliation of project cash flow and constant deviation analysis.
Development and implement cost and schedule management system that compares progress with variances, evaluate project progress against project schedule and budget and identify areas of concern.
Responsible to provide Management with monthly report for financial and commercial status (cost, revenue and cash flow) thought the project execution phase.
Primarily performs Project Controls assignments to support Project Managers, and assist Project Managers in providing accurate project forecasting and review of expenditure.
Support the Project Manager in timely issuing of invoices with strong focus on receivables and cash flow
