Job Purpose
- To Lead, Manage and drive the Leasing and Marketing Team to achieve Company’s strategic marketing and leasing needs within pre-approved proposed Budgets and Timelines.
- To produce and implement Strategic Marketing Campaigns in order to enhance Leasing Goals, Customer Satisfaction and Brand awareness.
- To strategically plan and execute campaign events.
- To drive and enhance Corporate Communication.
Accountabilities
- Create and supervise the strategies and plans of marketing, leasing & social media.
- Maintain & supervise the corporate brand.
- Supervise and manage all the Group internal & external marketing activities to advance and support the brand image and awareness.
- Monitor the internal & external corporate communications to guarantee the proper communications and relationship.
- Handle all The Group marketing collaterals and
stationaries to ensure the accurate brand implementation as per its guideline. - Supervise and monitor the events calendar
- Manage & organize all events.
- Provide marketing studies, analysis or researches for new products when needed.
- Coordinate and support other departments to achieve their marketing and communications
needs. - Handle the Corporate Social Responsibility activities including plans, budget & activities
- Manage all public relationships and media activities
- Responsible of Achieving the strategic objectives and KPIs of the department.
- Supervise the social media plan of The Group.
- Developing and reviewing the department’s policy and Procedures.
- Formulate and plan the department's annual budget within The company overall budget.
- Consult the graphic designers to create The Company desired image and position within
market. - Monitor the customer issues, queries, problems, in a professional and courteous manner during the
leasing and sealing stage. - Create and monitor the leasing plan in line with the companies’ budgets and plans.
- Monitor all the leasing activities until the tenant sign the contract as per the company policies and procedures.
- Plan, implement and deliver Corporate Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility Goals of the Company
