• Achieve sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve and exceed budgeted revenues.
• Day-to-day supervision of the sales & workshop activity.
• Dealing with customer queries, complaints & warranty issues
• Maximizing profitability through upselling & cross selling.
• Liaising with VSD & Marketing on sales promotions, displays and merchandizing.
• Ensuring compliance with procedure & policy including health and safety regulations Sales forecasting, inventory planning and compilation of necessary reports for management to review.
• Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the sales staff & production team.
• Coordinate with CRM to generate leads from VSD customers
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Training, supervising and appraising staff.
