The position is for one of the company under Al Babtain Group- Gulf Express.
Desired Candidate will provide the best quality service in all government related issues via accurate knowledge of the products and , responding to all inquiries, follow up handling customer complains effectively and helping in administrative jobs. Responsible of handling the cases and represent Gulf Express in Kuwait courts.
Acquire licenses from relevant government departments as needed for un-interrupted functioning of operations
Maintain Excellent relations with all Government departments
Listen carefully to the customer complains, gather all details or information related to the problem, advice and follow up with solutions in coordination with Gulf Express management.
Follow up customer complains solving as per his needs to maintain his relationship and loyalty.
Provide tele- support for follow up calls on accomplishment complains.
Coordinate with Legal Department regarding any case or complaints against the company.
Provide facts and all related documents to represent the company in Kuwait courts.
