Basic Function: The bookkeeper position creates financial transactions and creates financial reports from that information. The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy.
Principal Accountabilities:
1- Handling his Owen portfolio from the two sides (Technical & Stability).
2- Review the accounts to insure the accounting cycle & documentation cycle.
3- Review the monthly reports such as (P&L, Balance sheet, Trial balance).
4- Prepare the actual Cash position monthly compared to projection cash flow .
5- Prepare breakeven report monthly or quarterly wise as the client required.
6- Prepare reports show weakness point in the company , and how can drive business forward .
7- Prepare budget plan and forecasting P&L.
8- Prepare the comparison between the budget Vs the actual records.
9- Make physical visits with the clients to insure the client satisfaction and our task acceptance.
10- Deal with the new clients.
11- Follow up the collections situation and update it daily.
12- Highly connection with the clients and his direct manager to solve any kind of problem at the same of the moment.
