The bookkeeper position creates financial transactions and creates financial reports from that information. The creation of financial transactions includes posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, and supplier invoices. The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Checking all accounts and make sure from all data entries had been done by the associate.
2. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
3. Prepare monthly reports (Profit & loss report).
4. Prepare monthly internal balance sheet (Software balance sheet).
5. Prepare the Assets register sheet and calculate the accumulated depreciation for each item and update it monthly wise.
6. Prepare the Leave & Indemnity calculation sheet and update it monthly wise.
7. Deal with auditors , prepare Audit file .
8. Arrange the management report quarterly or at the end of the year as required from the client.
9. Meet with clients to review the monthly reports and follow with clients.
10. Insure a highly connections with the clients to avoid any problem and build a good relations with the clients.
11. Create chart of account ,
