Sales
- Following guidelines as instructed by management
- Having excellent and up to date knowledge of all products
- Caring for specified sales area, ensuring it is clean, tidy and full
- Ensuring all products in specified area are correctly priced
- Creating sales opportunities
- Ensuring sales opportunities are constantly being created and met
- Ensuring all displays are as instructed
- Completing in an honest and accurate way, any daily and weekly checklists/reports as required
- Reporting and processing damaged display items to Showroom Manager
- Doing regular stock checks and liaising with stock control
Customer Service
- Being constantly aware of customers and their needs
- Ensuring that all customers, irrespective of colour, creed or gender are treated equally
- Consider customers are always right
- Understand that our business is driven by our customer needs
- Provide customers with a safe, existing and comfortable shopping environment
- Demonstrate confidentiality and tact with all customers
