Basic Objectives:
To coordinate the disposition of all capital equipment spares and screens quotations required, meeting the requirements of sales department and direct requests from clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle capital equipment inquires and tender.
- Liaise with the clients for clarification with regards to inquiries.
- Liaise with Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, Technical Service Engineer or Operations Manager for technical assistance and pricing strategies.
- Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and preform invoices.
- Proactive coordination between Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics and Accounts department to get the updates on availability and lead time, delivery updates and payment issues.
- To maintain good relationships with the customers.
- To maintain an efficient working environment.
- Prepare accurate forecast and month end reports for generated sales and proposals submitted.
- Maintain files of all quotations, customers and sales.
- Carry out the duties as delegated from time to time
