• Coordinate with business management to determine research objectives
• Create a plan of action and set project goals and manage them to completion
• Utilize various professional sources to find and extract pertinent information (Social Media - linkedin, Websites, Magazines, Directories, ETC)
• Match-Making: Potential leads with our Sales Consultants by setting up meetings/appointments and following up
• Perform fieldwork, interviews, experiments, concept-test, etc. to gather data
• Organize and maintain research databases
• Frequently self-audit work and check data for errors and inconsistencies
• Compile and organize findings in graphs, charts, mock-ups, and diagrams
• Document, report, and present research findings to management
*The candidate selected will have his/her performance reviewed(after 3-6 months) and will have the ability to APPLY to become a FINANCIAL ADVISOR / CONSULTANT (internally within the company) further on*
