Coordinate with the Department Manager to prepare the recruitment plan and identify recruitment requirements, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and competencies to support the attraction and selection of talent for all positions
Utilize social and professional networking and career sites to identify and source candidates
Maintain and stay updated regarding internal job posting to ensure all vacant positions are occupied.
Undertake professional, telephone screening/ interviews with candidates against a pre-defined set of competencies
Perform reference and background checks on applicants and conduct comprehensive orientation sessions.
