• Develop and determine all standards to perform tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
• Review quality of all materials at site and ensure compliance to all project specifications and quality and collaborate with department for all material procurement and maintain quality of materials.
• Check the quality and assurance of the product as per design and specification of the work.
• Monitor and manage QC procedures for the day-to-day production of precast elements at the factory.
• Reports on the quality statistics and make recommendations for improvement where improvement is needed/required to meet the products Quality Standards.
• Maintain and implement the quality control system in the factory and projects sites by following the Quality Assurance Policies & Procedures and implementation of the international stranded of precast qualities.
• Ensure the quality of the production of precast concrete units / Hollow Core slabs in accordance with work instructions and approved quality control methods.
• Plan, organize, schedule and supervise inspections, testing and performance of QC inspections for all precast elements during production process and installation.
• To be available for Clients visits to the facilities to inspect qualities of produces if and when needed
• Review standard work procedure and method statements for compliance with specified quality requirements.
• Review all inspection reports and technical reports for compliance and ensure that the workers follow correct work methods.
• Raise non-conformance reports and assist in developing corrective actions.
• Trains workers whenever necessary and as required
• Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses
• Monitor QC procedures for precast erection.
