- Maintain Record of daily stock settlements, splits, dividends, transfer rights offering redemptions, receipts of new securities, distribution of securities and other miscellaneous transactions ; update assets records for purchase and sales.
- Prepare the transactions needed for settlement of corporate bonds, securities.
- Reconcile securities for clients / company.
- Reconcile and file securities in vault.
- Prepare monthly / weekly or as required securities receivable reports.
- File daily transactions.
- Record monthly or semiannual interest received on various investments.
- Clients / Company Cash reconciliation.
- Prepare Client Statements on monthly basis or whenever requested by clients.
- Process Corporate actions.
- Arrange for AGM, Invitations for clients.
- Make sure the settlements of Cash, Securities has been performed for the transactions conducted both for the client & Company.
- Support the payments & settlement of payments to clearing houses / Brokers for trades conducted for the company & Client.
- Record all the transactions for both the clients & company’s portfolios on timely & accurate basis.
