Position Details
Reporting directly to the top management, the operations & business development manager is the “liaison” between the top management and the staff and company clients.
He is responsible of maintaining a smooth work flow and ensuring the best outcome from the team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the flow of work and arranging priorities
- Visit with key clients to make sure they are satisfied and solve issues if any
- Setting design schedules in coordination with the art director
- Supporting the team with consultations and solutions
- Brainstorming ideas and plans for clients with the accounts managers
- Solving conflicts between employees and different departments
- Reviewing the social media and artwork materials (quality control issues)
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guideline.
- Supervise the team members’ performance
- Following up on projects’ execution
- Making sure company monthly operational costs are covered and there is profit
- Develop company services and create opportunities
- Follow up with the support team (admin and representative) on invoicing, contracts, payment collections, official paper works and payroll.
- Close confirmed business deals on monthly bases
- Have great connections and network with service providers and suppliers
