Job description / Role


We are looking for a candidate who will independently take care of important clients from modern trade. Our company is currently offering a great opportunity to join their successful team in Kuwait and developing your future career.


As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for:


  • Developing productive long-term relationships with customers.

  • Creating long-term strategies with the clients.

  • Act as a main contact for existing and new customers.

  • Reaching sales targets, Increase market share.

  • Preparing volume forecasts and plans.

  • Regularly monitor the stock count sheets, advise on items with overstock.

  • Closely cooperating with other departments involved with your accounts.

  • Suggesting promotions, based on promotions calendar from key account clients.

  • Prepare and conduct quarterly business reviews with all contracted accounts (produce and manage timetable).

  • Co-ordinate with general sales manager agenda / issues.

  • Ensure all paper work is up to date (e.g. plan-o-grammes, contracts, forms, etc).

  • Ensure collection and credit facilities of all accounts adhere to the company policies.

  • Conduct regular site visits and prepare reports to the senior management regarding.
