DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Highway Expert will be in charge of both Design and Construction activities; in addition to the direct involvement with the office of the Assistant Undersecretary.
Review and evaluate the current practice being used at both Design Department and Construction Department.
Prepare in coordination with other team members of the Executive Board; the Master Plan / Project Execution Plan (PEP).
Compile necessary reporting for Highways status in terms of design progress and construction activities.
Explore and recommend new construction methodologies and feasibility of implementation of the methods.
Establish standards for Constructability reviews and Contractors Performance Reviews and Reporting System.
