A leading Bank in Kuwait is searching for a candidate with at least 9 years of related banking experience to act as an Executive Manager of OPS Corporate Operations. This individual will manage a number of sections, deliver work in line with SLA's, regulations and best practice, manage performance, budgets and implement cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
Divisional Strategy Contribute to divisional strategy through aligning activities with divisional strategy and business plans.
Policy & Processes Define and implement ABK and divisional policies, processes and structures.
Corporate Governance Ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory or legal frameworks.
Risk Management Identify manage, mitigate and report on risk and potential risk in divisional activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in relevant or equivalent discipline.
At least 9 years In banking sector, with experience in financial control and cost management.
