- Data input in SAP production data
- Day to day management of data entry activities such as invoicing, credit notes & miscellaneous outgoing;
- Providing the management on daily basis the cash report and month-to-date clean billing status;
Reconciliation of credit note related issues, identifying the correct the reason codes for customers returns and refusals and issue refunds or compensation to customer;
- Reviews incoming correspondence; initiates replies as appropriate; routes matters requiring action by staff or other departments and follows up to ensure actions are completed;
- Maintains accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers producing written information for customers, often involving use of computer packages/software;
- Monitors feedback or complaints procedures for customers;
- Any other duties or functions that may be deemed necessary to achieve the requirement of the team, higher management or company objectives.
