- Interact with customers and service all transactional requirements.
- Opening of all type of accounts.
- Post account open product and process related transaction.
- Forward all data capture forms to the back office.
- Process applications for Loans/Visa/Master Cards/Starlink/Starlink Plus facilities.
- Service standards as defined to be adhered at all times.
- Assist in completion of back office functions after customer hours.
- Any other assignments as defined by the district Management from time to time.
