1.Responsible for managing a team of cleaners and Head Cleaners based in the company properties.
2.Assessing cleaning requirements and preparing scopes of work
3.Training the cleaning team on the latest cleaning techniques, materials and equipment
4.Maintaining the cleanliness of the building by ensuring agreed cleaning duties are carried out correctly
5.Conducting quality evaluations and preparing reports for Manager – Cleaning
6.Managing stock of materials and equipment
7.Responsible for time sheets and control of overtime
8.Other Ad hoc duties as requested by the Manager - Cleaning
