Job Purpose:
- To manage the operational requirements of a GIRI Branch in Kuwait to achieve their goals by completing branch functions in an accurate, efficient and professional manner.
- To uphold the company’s ethics, operating policies and conform with the department work instructions.
Primary Duties Performed:
- Plans and implements all the marketing, sales and customer care related activities for the branch.
- Ensures all work-related items are available for the smooth running of the branch.
- Sets and achieves the business targets of the branch.
- Handles recruitment and training of sales personnel in the branch.
- Promotes and manages the productivity of the field force.
- Underwrites and processes policies.
- Prepares monthly reports and periodical forecasts as necessary.
- Oversees attendance of branches personnel.
- Supervises branch staff distribution and leave arrangement.
- Liaises with Information Technology Dept concerning the systems and its faults, and updates as and when required.
- Follows up license renewals and other governmental requirements with HR.
- Assists in any other capacity as and when required by the management.
Work and Business Contacts:
- Internal: Branch Staff, and other department staff in GIRI.
- External: Clients, and other concerned parties of business interest.
