- Review general ledger and financial statements for accuracy
- Review and reconcile inter-company balances
- Participate in monthly close process, including preparing journal entries, accruals, overhead allocations, etc.
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Assist with recording, adjusting entries and preparing by compiling and analyzing account information
- Assist with preparing schedules, breakdowns and reports
- Assist with external audits, including financial statement and tax audits
- Provide guidance and review work of other staff
- Assist the Accounting Manager with other assignments and ad hoc reports as needed
