SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Quality Management: Responsible for ensuring GCG quality policy, objectives and supporting procedures are implemented and adhered to at all times; Oversee and manage the entire QMS function within GCG; document significant changes related to QMS procedures and notify amendments to concerned employees;
2. Quality Audit: Provide evidence that all clauses of ISO based quality standard and its associated related environmental management system are implemented and adhered to at all times; document internal quality audit noting duration and frequency of audits; schedule internal audits, monitoring implementation of scheduled audits and document finds to submit in report form to GCG management; develop effective and efficient reviews of the quality management system evaluating the efficiency of system informing concerned departments/employees of any changes and maintaining records
3. Quality Assurance & Awareness: Carry out and conduct ISO related instructional course to all employees; responsible for corrective actions taken on all major and minor non-conforming products that are brought about by client complains, internal or external audits, and/or failure to reach goals as per KPIs; assess external auditors, their results and efficiency along with providing them assistance;
4. Research and Development: Carry out and conduct root cause analysis on persistent non-conformities brought about by complains in order to locate accurate corrective action; Conduct data analysis and identify key performance indicators as directed;
5. Relationship Management: Inform management about overall achievements of audit programs in report form that include, but not limited to, review meetings, result of internal audits, and external audits; meet with several employees/departments to continually update on ISO/QMS standards and amendments
