The IT Analyst at Alghanim IT is required to manage and deliver end to end business applications in their designated business areas with a direct reporting to the IT Business Solutions Manager/ CIO and Matrix reporting to the Heads of the designated business areas.
- Lead, plan, co-ordinate and supervise all activities related to design, development and implementation of business Systems
- Accountable to maintain, support and upgrade existing business systems in designated business areas
- Translate senior management’s vision & operational requirements into specific IT deliverables
- Required to assist business teams in documenting clear business requirements & UAT scenarios
- Lead feasibilities on business requirements to identify IT system solutions
- Analyze & Identify gaps & opportunities to improve business processes in thru efficient application of IT business systems
- Lead and deliver IT projects by applying strong proven project management & communication skills requiring constant co-ordination with cross function business, IT and Implementation partners.
- Apply IT Governance by regular review and application of required system controls, maintain system architecture documents and ensure IT process & policy adherence across business systems in your designated area
- Responsible to maintain business systems by managing internal IT teams & vendors for day to day operational requirements & issues meeting internal IT SLAs
- Research and keep abreast on latest developments & innovations in business systems and identify their business specific use cases for business units supported
- Timely reporting to Business & IT management on day to day operations & key projects
- Identify competent vendors and manage them for maintaining and delivering business solutions
- Support IT teams in various system & security upkeep and maintenance tasks by effective communication and co-ordination with business
- Maintain & develop business process to IT systems mapping documents
- Required to learn and enhance technical skills needed to support business systems
- Responsible to provide end user training / first level support for business systems including development of training material
