The IT Helpdesk will provide 1st level support to project coordination / documentation.
Job Description is provided below:
- Logging and processing support calls
- Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support on Windows; answering support queries via phone and email
- Providing support remotely and physically on sites to troubleshoot problems that can’t be fixed remotely
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Assist with onboarding of new users by Installing and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
- Setting up accounts for staff and solving password problems
- Responding to breakdown calls
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts
- Maintaining records of hardware & software licenses
- Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
- Need Coordination and document for all projects
- Perform any ad hoc duties or additional roles assigned by the management
