The IT Helpdesk will provide 1st level support to project coordination / documentation.


Job Description is provided below:



  1. Logging and processing support calls
  2. Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support on Windows; answering support queries via phone and email
  3. Providing support remotely and physically on sites to troubleshoot problems that can’t be fixed remotely
  4. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  5. Assist with onboarding of new users by Installing and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
  6. Setting up accounts for staff and solving password problems
  7. Responding to breakdown calls
  8. Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
  9. Repairing equipment and replacing parts
  10. Maintaining records of hardware & software licenses
  11. Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
  12. Need Coordination and document for all projects
  13. Perform any ad hoc duties or additional roles assigned by the management
