HVAC JOB SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION
- Coordinate with engineer to get approval of HVAC Shop Drawings, MEP- Coordination Drawings, Work method statement and Project Specifications.
- In coordination with Engineer ensure that all HVAC Ducts, Fittings, accessories and Chilled water pipes, fittings, accessories are inspected approved and are available for installation
- Ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools, ladder and scaffolding are available for installation.
- Ensure all PPE and tools, Work permits are available and approved prior to startup of works.
- Provide proper instruction to the installation crew and ensure that works are executed completed as per job schedule, specifications & standards are followed and in safe manner.
- Ensure job is executed as per approved schedule and update to the engineer.
- Study MEP coordination drawings and carry out installation works accordingly.
- Necessary forecasting in advance for all tools, equipment, materials, consumables, non-consumables required for the smooth execution of works.
- Prepare daily progress reports and submit to engineer.
- Ensure that works are carried out as per company Safe Work Practices and procedures. Ensure Safety rules and regulations are adhered.
- Ensure all generated wastes are properly segregated and disposed as per company-approved system.
- Coordinate for site inspections and checks in coordination with other disciplines.
- Coordinate for commissioning, TAB activities.
- Coordinate for preparation and approval of all inspection and test reports.
- Coordination for preparation of O&M manuals.
