Management/ Leadership Duties
• Manage front desk associates to ensure policies and procedures as outlined in the “gym operations manual” are followed at all times.
• Manage and motivate front desk associates to emphasize superior customer service.
• Conducts monthly staff meetings with these departments.
• Budgets and schedules front desk staff coverage.
• Ensures that all employees are wearing proper uniform attire and name tags.
Operations Support
• Ensure that the front desk operation is functioning according to club’s policies and procedures.
• Manage and control all front desk binders according to club’s policies and procedures.
• Manages daily activity log.
• Ensures front desk staff correctly enters information into member service log.
• Directs and controls all gym walk-throughs.
• Handles customer complaints and suggestions. Redirects to the designated departments accordingly.
• Communicates with Club General Manager regarding ways to improve front desk operations.
• Oversees “Lost and Found” items and their storage.
• Oversees VIP parking & valet services.
Maintenance Support
• Manages and supports maintenance team.
• Manages daily maintenance logs.
• Orders all related material related to this function.
House Keeping & Laundry Support
• Manages and supports housekeeping & laundry team.
• Orders all related material pertaining to this function.
• Inventory control to include receiving, storing, and replenishing required items.
