• To fulfill the operational requirements of a GIRI Branch in Kuwait to achieve their goals by completing branch functions in an accurate, efficient and professional manner.
• To uphold the company’s ethics, operating policies and conform with the department work instructions.
Receives the clients and prepares survey reports for their vehicles.
Enters the vehicle data to PREMIA and prints the issued policies and dispatches copies.
Ensures correctness of documents issued and files them properly.
Answers phones and explains to individual clients about GIRI’s conditions and rates.
Prepares correspondence with clients and other parties, as required.
Liaises with clients and delivers their quotations and policies.
Provides a superior Customer Service at all times.
Prepares monthly reports.
• Assists in any other capacity as and when required by the line manager.
