- Basic knowledge of marketing communication
- Able to track expenses and keep records
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing expense reports for management
- Keep record of supplier quotations and invoices and follow-up on payments
- Tracking of all marketing activities and related expenses.
- Prepare, submit and follow-up on all marketing claims with parent company.
- Check the progress and or coordinate cross departmental tasks, projects and reports.
- Prepare all necessary documentation related to audits
- Provide support to marketing team during product launches, promotions, exhibitions and company events.
- Be point of contact during customer events
- Create post event activity reports
- Maintain database of press and social media contacts
