One of the leading banks in Kuwait is looking for an Executive Manager, Product and Segment to join them.
Title: Executive Manager, Product and Segment
Location: Kuwait
Reporting to: AGM, Consumer Banking, Product and Segment
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Balance Sheets and P&L of consumer banking Drive loan growth through increasing customer base of salaried customers
Develop campaign for loans and auto finance
Monitor loan volumes across all products to ensure activity is meeting sales targets, business objectives and is within underwriting standards; maintain proper risk/reward for each product
Conduct and maintain routine reporting on all products to ensure they are compliant with internal maximums established by the Credit Analytics Committee
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics or comparable studies from a recognised university; MBA is preferable
Located in the GCC; preferably Arabic-speaking
10-12 years of relevant experience in the banking industry in retail banking with a focus on consumer loans.
Strong experience within Loans; Auto Loans, Consumer Loans and Instalment Loans etc.
