The ideal Business Development Manager has in-depth technical knowledge when it comes to Drilling Engineering and it Services, has an excellent network across Kuwait and is currently in a similar position within the Oil & Gas industry. This position will be based in Kuwait.
Responsibilities:
•Establish and maintain client relationships mainly across Kuwait
•Be responsible for developing the strategies, tactics, and sales plans to deliver against division revenue and profitability targets
•Opportunity tracking, monthly and quarterly reporting of new orders, and clear identification of future prospects
•Facilitation of and involvement in the tendering process for all bids
•Manage the Sales & Business Development processes / pipeline projects for business to ensure the company’s goals and targets
•Develop bid strategies, prepare budget quotations and develop pricing strategies
• Target international Companies and make a business relationship with them (partnership).
