The Role:

As the Digital/Loyalty Program Manager, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy across all digital platforms (web, social and mobile) for your host brand; supporting the achievement of its business goals. You will manage the current My Starbucks Rewards and card programmes in MENA and support future roll out plans for Starbucks Rewards 2.0 and the Starbucks card programme.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have/be:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-centric, data-driven marketing role, preferably within CRM/Loyalty
  • 3+ years of experience developing, integrating, and delivering business initiatives
  • 3+ years of experience in Retail (technology or business roles)
  • 2+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing internal talent and influencing stakeholders and leadership
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and supporting several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to drive diverse teams (internal and external) to solutions on complex issues
  • Proven ability to interact across multiple disciplines in order to accomplish common goals
  • Ability to utilise metrics/analytics to identify opportunities and measure results
  • Strong organisational, project management and analytical skills
  • Strong self-starter
  • Strong problem solving skills
