Job Purpose
Handling all civil maintenance work for properties.
Key Accountabilities & Performance Indicators
Accountabilities
- Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including Property investigations
- Using a range of computer packages for developing detailed designs.
- Handling all civil maintenance work for properties.
- Undertaking complex and repetitive calculations.
- Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
- Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures.
- Resolving design and development problems.
- Managing budgets and Property resources.
- Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
- Making sure the Property complies with legal requirements
- Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of Property.
- Ensuring Property run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
- Reviews the drawings and designs for civil and fit out works and proposes changes as required along with appropriate comments/ justifications coordinating the same with the superior level
