On behalf of our client (a leading regional Financial Services Firm, headquartered in Kuwait), we are recruiting for the below position:
Title: Assistant Vice President - Network & Security
Reporting to: Director of Information Technology
Location: Kuwait
Industry: Financial Services
Job Purpose:
Design, Installation, Implementation, and Maintenance of IT network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, MPLS, VPN and associated network components. Ensure high availability and reliability on network infrastructure. Responsible for testing and enforcing general IT Security practices - perimeter & segment controls, standards, policies and procedures. Recommend & apply best practices while implementing/migrating new technologies to support business needs.
Work Experience:
8+ years of total work experience with 5+ years of experience purely in IT Network and Security specific discipline, preferably in Banking or Financial Services Industry
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) is mandatory
Other relevant certifications such as CCIE Security/CISSP/CISA is preferred
MCSE would be an added advantage
