Overview:
- Reporting Manager / Supervisor: WH Maintenance Supervisor
- Interfaces with: Maintenance Supervisor, SCADA & Control Engineer or Project Manager
- Responsible for: Wellhead Maintenance
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Job Scope Description
- Performs maintenance and repairs on electronic instruments including microprocessor-based system.
- Diagnose problems or potential problems and rectify by repairing.
- Performs preventative maintenance of various test equipment and control instruments.
- Requisitions instrument supplies, tools and test equipment.
- Co-ordinates instrument repair and test work in the workshop.
- Carries out overhaul and servicing which shall include transmitter’s controllers, valve smart positioners, converters, switches, relays …etc.
- Follows and trouble-shoots faults on various types of instrument using diagnostic equipment and manufacture's maintenance manuals.
- Repair various test equipment i.e. H2S gas testes, salinity testers and like.

- External: KOC, INTECH,
Supervisory / decision making responsibilities
- Self-motivated and self-driven individual who is able to carry out maintenance works.
Physical demands
- Physically fit to do duties in office and field.
Job Context / Work environment:
- 95% of time will be spent in field and 5% of time in Field Offices.
- Drive defensively company vehicles and maintain a minimum daily driver rating of 95%
- Demonstrate respect for safety and other company polices procedures
- Must implement standards and environmental regulations during the regular activities.
