Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to assess employees’ knowledge, skills and abilities by analyzing the performance appraisal results, identify any gaps or areas of improvements and recommend plans for training, and development.
Ensure that training and development plans are cost efficient, effective and satisfy identified training and development requirements.
Manage the development of training plans and programs for all employee levels and all departments in liaison with the Training Manager.
Develop training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
