• Ensure effective operation of all data center servers.
• Ensure that application servers data is regularly monitored and backed up
• Ensure prompt operations support to customers queries
• Ensure the continuity of the business by developing and deploying effective disaster recovery plans
• Install, configure and manage Web, Mail, Portal, and other application Servers
• Install, configure, patch, maintain and troubleshoot all server operations
• Research complex problems to find required
• Work with outside vendors to maintain and repair systems & equipment in a timely manner
• Ensure effective protection against viruses and intrusion on all end users and servers on the network.
• Verify and update users’ access to network devices and servers.
• Ensure the highest network performance by continues monitoring and tuning of the network devices.
