We are currently looking for a degree qualified Senior Landscape Architect to join our Kuwait office.
The correct individual must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 7 - 10+ years’ experience working and a minimum of 3+ years’ experience of working in the Middle East.
The Senior Landscape Architect works as part of our studio, to support the design of our projects, in accordance with the project scope.
The Role
To assist in the preparation of conceptual and schematic design plans and reports
To assist in the preparation of documentation & presentation packages
To participate in design workshops with clients and staff as required
To liaise with clients understand the project scope in accordance with the project requirements and deliver excellence in design
Establish general landscape requirements with clients
Prepare detailed plans and drawings of the designs for projects construction details and specifications
Lead Design team from concept to construction documentation
Coordinate and manager sub consultants and stakeholders
Strong presentations skills
Take ownership of projects
Excellent track record of collaborating across offices for the delivery of projects
- Preferably fluent in written and spoken Arabic
