Job brief
We are looking for a PHP Developer who has vast experience in PHP and is familiar with coding structures of different commerce platforms such as CS-CART with at least 5 years of experience in hand.



Responsibilities
• Write “clean”, well-designed code hooks and add-ons to be plugged into the Cs Cart website
• Produce detailed specifications
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Follow industry best practices
• Develop and deploy new features to facilitate related procedures and tools if necessary
• Do custom modifications as per the requirements
Requirements
• Proven software development experience in PHP
• Understanding of open source projects like Cs Cart, Opencart, Wikis, eCommerce, etc
• Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX etc
• Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools and of developing web services
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Shipping methods, ERP Integrations, Payment gateway integerations)
• Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Bilingual (Arabic, English) / inside Kuwait only.
