ABOUT THE JOB
As the Country Interior Design Leader your main task is to help position IKEA stores as the Leader in life at home in your market. You achieve this by providing relevant, beautiful, functional, inspiring, affordable and sustainable home furnishing solutions that reflect the needs and dreams of the many people. You are also responsible for ensuring the visual uniqueness of the IKEA product range within your area of responsibility.
- Constantly searching for knowledge and understanding of people’s life at home and I spread this within my organisation.
- Securing the effective implementation of global solutions using my extensive knowledge to adapt these to our national needs.
- Using the Showroom layout to create optimal visual impact and a good product overview that supports the store’s commercial priorities.
- Being the point of reference in my country on all matters relating to interior design competence and I use my knowledge to grow our overall competence.
- Acting as a change sponsor by creating a direction, planning, leading and coaching
Co-workers in understanding the “why”, so we can move from knowing to doing.
