Tasks include:
- Patient menu writing
- Food production supervision: hygiene practices, recipe specifications, portioning
- Coordinate recipe development and standardization and costing.
- Plan and conduct hygiene training programs for food production personnel.
- Operate individual diet counseling: weight loss, hyperlipidemia management, diabetes management, pregnancy and lactation management
- Plan and provide nutrition related seminars.
