- Analyze current procedures and activities to identify and present opportunities for improvement of the workshop.
- Ensure that the department is adequately staffed to achieve objectives, and that technicians are aware of procedures for using new products and equipment.
- Evaluate the overall workshop performance, interruptions or changes in plans to develop appropriate course of actions.
- Plan and prepare annual maintenance budget ,analyzing and initiating corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze all opportunities to cut costs and improve efficiency.
- Set assets maintenance plans and assure max availability for utilization.
- Deal with all aspects of the company’s obligations to the Department of Transport including vehicle annual tests, record keeping and fleet inspections.
- Analyzing and Reporting the vital expenses, area category and set the correction action plan.
- Raising monthly and quarterly reports on all activity and tasks for the department functions.
- Contribute in new vehicles procurement by setting and tendering the required specification in liaising with local suppliers and dealers.
- Play an active part in company management team contributing in reviewing , auditing ,revising & or introduce policy and procedures.
