General Description
High performance front-line (client-facing) project management position focused on helping strategic and global customers achieve their business goals by overseeing pre- and post- execution activities, namely through:
- Manage day-to-day progress of several projects in different stages concurrently.
- Manage projects from early stage including pre-bid and pre-execution stages where focus is on supervising design activities, product selection, proposal development, quoting, shop drawing workshops, etc.
- Negotiate service contracts, and coordinate external service providers.
- Coordinate shipping and installation to execute successfully the projects on time.
- Collaborate with internal BMC and Steelcase teams (sales, design, logistics) and client representatives including end users.
- Maintain internal budgets for project activities.
- Secure the punch list on site, installation and after sales service.
- Management of client KPI’s, including the management of applicable tools.
