Retail Portfolio Delivery and Support
- Manage and supervise the execution of the delivery plan of the overall Group Retail Banking project portfolio and its activities in accordance with KFH mission and the goals across the organization.
Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the Retail portfolio.
Manage budget and operating plan to support the Retail portfolio and related projects.
Develop a Retail portfolio evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the portfolio and to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with IT Solution Delivery teams to control the delivery of the Retail IT projects to facilitate effective resource management and prioritization as per business requirements.
Coordinate with Retail Portfolio Planning team for upcoming Retail projects and changes to soundly understand project goals and facilitate effective resource management and prioritization as per business requirements.
Control and supervise the implementation of Retail IT and non-IT projects and plans using well-established project management methodologies and tools in accord with established policies and procedures.
Track and report progress of Retail projects and changes and initiate the resolution of issues, while escalating complex problems for management decision making.
Ensure that Retail portfolio activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization and comply with all relevant legislation and professional standards.
Ensure development of all Retail portfolio delivery plans and documents.- Ensure adequate resources are allocated to the projects and that Retail program strategic projects operate within the approved budget.
Manage Retail project funds according to effective policies and procedures and report any deviations.
Identify and evaluate risks associated with portfolio activities and take appropriate action to mitigate and control risks.
Monitor the Retail portfolio activities on a regular basis and conduct an evaluation according to the portfolio communication plan.
Ensure coordination with Business Performance and Intelligence on change control activities for proper transition into operations.
Assist in the development, maintenance and monitoring of performance KPIs in coordination with Business Performance and Intelligence to facilitate effective management.
Set up, manage and monitor the implementation of procedures and controls on the project including, risk, issues, quality, communications, configuration management, monitoring and reporting.- Periodically report program status to senior management.
